For Cervical Cancer Awareness Month. Erica Bostick, MD, adolescent medicine physician and principal investigator for our Emerging Infection Program's HPV-Impact Monitoring Project, spoke with News 8 WROC Rochester about the importance of routine screening among individuals with a cervix 21 years of age and older, as well as getting the HPV vaccine, particularly among adolescents aged 11-12 years.
