About Us

UR Medicine Primary Care is part of the University of Rochester Medical Center, the area's only academic medical center. We are a network of doctors specializing in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds).

All our physicians are Board Certified in their specialty and are faculty members of the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. The network has over 150 physicians in 45 practices located in your neighborhood covering Monroe, Allegany, Livingston, Genesee, Steuben, Wyoming Counties. Our physicians are affiliated with Strong Memorial HospitalHighland Hospital, and Golisano Children's Hospital. Many of our physicians are active in teaching and research.

All our practices have converted the paper chart into an efficient, organized electronic medical record. The use of this health information technology assures safety and quality care for our patients not only in your doctor's office but across all the facilities and specialist physicians affiliated with the University of Rochester Medical Center.
